"We arrived at the property with no check in instructions. When returning hours later with the check in details, we did not feel safe in the area. The large window would not close and nothing was done about it. We left and stayed else where They have refused to refund us. DO NOT STAY HERE"

The location was convenient to the shops and places of interest (the cathedral) and the view from the terrace across the river simply wonderful. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen well-appointed and the bed comfortable. My wife and I had a great time in Durham.CharlieI highly recommend this rental."

"Secluded Georgian house surrounded by trees with ample parking. Usually a rental apartment's size is exaggerated by the photos; this one definitely was not. Each room was spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Beds super comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. Easy walking distance to the town centre along the river. Would be my first choice to stay in Durham again."
