“We had a good stay at this Apartment. Close to the city. Clean and comfortable. Good communication. Apartment is on the second floor and no lift so bear in mind if you find stairs difficult.”

“Lovely, spacious property. Spotlessly clean. All mod cons present with extras, Lovely coffee, bread in the freezer. Great location for town centre and walking distance for Kynren. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“The communication was prompt. Our biggest issue was finding the property late in the night as Google Maps takes you to the opposite house! You definitely need to add a note to the property listing. The house is as shown in photos, newly refurbished, clean and nice. The kitchen and bathroom at the back of the office needs to be brought up to the standard of the rest of the house. These rooms lack both furnishings and facilities and feel like a different house altogether! We didn't cook so can't……

“Secluded Georgian house surrounded by trees with ample parking. Usually a rental apartment's size is exaggerated by the photos; this one definitely was not. Each room was spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Beds super comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. Easy walking distance to the town centre along the river. Would be my first choice to stay in Durham again.”
