「Buen hotel, algo mejorable la limpieza, no por sucio, sino porque huele a tabaco, tanto en la habitación como en los pasillos. Es un puntazo que esté incluída la piscina, con actividades y el gimnasio. El desayuno bastante completo y de buena calidad. Falta que tuviese aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Un hotel de 4 estrellas con ventilador no es aceptable. És ideal si vas con niños porque tiene bolera, etc.」

「Great location around central London and great view of St Paul’s cathedral. Only thing I can knock back is the smell in the lobby, kind of smelt like a sewer pipe had burst 24/7 (not sure if this was the case for just the one day we were there or if it is a persisting issue)」

「This hotel's exterior doesn't even hint at what's inside. The area is spacious, flowing and absolutely lovely in the lobby and Waterfront restaurant. We drove all over Ireland for the past 2 weeks and this is the only hotel that had a shower curtain so the floor wasnt flooded (those half walls do nothing, especially when you can't adjust the showerhead to not spray outside the shower stall) and a bathroom exhaust fan so the mirror didnt steam over. 「Host was friendly and helpful providing suggestions and directions to the area. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and tasty food. Area was quiet but only a 20minute walk to the town centre making it easy to explore the area. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks 」

「Quirky from the outside but nice inside. Comfortable and clean. We were in a room next to the pub so we didn’t have any noise except from guests using the hot tub and they quieted about 930. Only issue we had was it was warm so we wanted the windows open but the staff used the space by our window as a smoking area. We were able to open after they left for the night. Small nice kitchen with convenience store across the street that had basic groceries for all meals. 」
