“We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The pictures matched the in-person vibe. The location is ideal as it’s near the freeway and major roads, and in a quiet neighborhood. One "negative" thing I can say is that, the streets are really narrow and a lot of people park their cars on the street so you have to use extra caution when driving to and from the house. “The townhouse was great/as expected. Simple decor, good size room, and very clean. The outside was well lit. Private/gated parking in the back as well as a parking pad in the front. Cute backyard area with tables and games to play. 2 downsides... 1) Neighbors were out front every night playing loud music and there are nearby railroad tracks. 2) We took our car to campus early, tailgated/went to game, thinking we didn't want to walk back to the house late at night. “I had a great time at this property. The property was well maintained, and I had great communication with the owner. All questions and inquiries that I had was responded to in a timely manner. It did rain the first day that I arrived, but the sun did come out and we were able to enjoy the fenced in back yard.
