“The house is very nice for a large group. The master bedroom was large enough that our kids could sleep on an extra bed on the floor. The kitchen has a good amount of items for cooking like pots, pans, utensils, plates and bowls for making meals for a larger group. We had some issues with the internet and the host sent someone in a timely manner to check out the issue. There were not as many board games as we had hoped. All in all our family had a great time and enjoyed our stay.”

“Amazing property! We can for a winter weekend with a group of adults and loved our stay. The house had a great layout where everyone had their own space but the communal space felt very cozy. The kitchen was a highlight having a casual dining table and space where people could be cooking while others relaxed. Location felt private but still close to towns with cafes/shopping etc. Would definitely rent again.”

“We had a family get together for a couple days prior to Christmas. There were 5 adults and 3 children (3 and under in age).The host was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The property was extremely comfortable, well stocked kitchen, modern bathrooms, wood burning fireplace (firewood provided).The property even had a beautifully decorated Christmas tree for us all to enjoy. Host thought of everything to make certain we would enjoy our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay……

“Great place for a large group to spend time together in the Mid/Upper Hudson Valley - especially for an unexpectedly rainy weekend! Charming inside and out, near the resources of Catskill and Hudson, nicely furnished, clean, all the amenities you'd want, accommodates flexible groupings and configurations of guests - we were able to all hang out together, but also get away for quiet alone time as needed. Host is super-quick and responsive about communicating and troubleshooting any little……

“Mark made the whole process smooth and easy, with great communication and kindness. The house was very clean and creative and stocked with all one needs to be down home comfy. The property was so peaceful and our dog Lucy was welcomed as well and enjoyed running around the large property. Fall is magical in this slice of heaven. The back roads were filled with gorgeous lakes, horses, and rolling green hills. A Great fall getaway to soak in Natures bounty. Caint wait to stay longer. ”
