「Nice property, nice location, good helpful staff, lovely food in the restaurant, rooms were nice, spacious and modern.
The staff on reception and in the restaurant were exceptional, we never really had any intervention with the other staff as we were a fly by night visit.

「Unfortunately, the experience in MacDonald Craxton Wood was not the best. Starting with our room not being ready for the 3pm check in. Our room then was not the cleanest. The jug of water was also not fresh with the water from the last guest still being in it, lack of plugs in the rooms and the TV was not smart.
