“Fantastic hotel right on the beach. My room was oceanfront and the view was stunning. The beach is pristine and the hotel was nicely appointed and sparkling clean. Beds are fantastic, sheets too! Wrightsville has so much to offer and we had some great dinners, good shopping and just an overall fabulous time. I can’t wait to return! ”

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”

“Great stay at The Surfrider and Vamsi was very attentive as a host! The place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! Loved the quiet location of the place and close to the Ferry for a Sunday afternoon visit into beautiful Southport. I highly recommend!!! ”
