「Staff was excellent…pool not open yet.」

「Went for a day trip, the food and frozen drinks were good, and the staff was very nice!l. The beach was low key and quiet. My one gripe was having to pay for beach chair and unbrella, but since parking is free I guess that balances out」

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The room was modern and very comfortable. The downside was that loud music was playing for several hours in the pool area. We finally called the front desk at 1am about it. The staff said that they had not been able to hear it from inside. They were apologetic and took care of it immediately. Just wish we had called down sooner. Overall a good stay.」

「The housekeeping staff stood right outside my door Sunday morning at 8 am very loudly. Woke me up. I wasn’t sleeping very well so it seemed like I got zero sleep. Problem is when I complained, nothing changed. They stayed talking in the hallway for about 30 mins. Not normal for Hilton brand. 」

「The room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. The gym is nice. Parking was convenient. Staff was very good. Breakfast was disappointing and the walls are this. Had a very noisy night with not much sleep. We didn't complain. Just hoped it would stop.」

They have a refrigerator that is larger than the typical dorm fridge They have everything you need, shampoo and conditioner, bath soap. We are an older couple, we will request a room on first floor. It was rough taking the luggage upstairs to third floor , husband was very short of breath. We will definitely book again.」

「I was relocated to this hotel. I was placed in a handicapped room. The air conditioner was so loud that it was extremely hard to sleep. My room was facing the the road. So between the road and the loud air conditioner it was hard to sleep. No food could be offered at the restaurant because a soccer team was in town and overwhelmed the place the night before. The room had a funny smell. It was my birthday and I was celebrating but unfortunately my stay was less than basic. Ruined my solo birthday...
