“Nice room”

“very good!”

“After we checked in, we went up to our room. I went to use the restroom, my husband tried to turn on air conditioner, the room was so hot! It would not turn on. We went downstairs to front desk, and the lady was rude about getting us a new room, and that I used the restroom. Next room was Okay with air, but wasn’t very clean. Food containers under the bed. Carpet was old and had an iron burn on it. Blue pain behind the toilet. Ironing board broke. Could not get good TV channels. The window was……

“A good hotel for the price. Nothing to fancy. Breakfast was your typical continental style. Could have been stocked up more.”

“Hotel is brand new. It was only the third day being open. Staff was nice willing to help. Room was nice, still had some construction debris in the room. Staff still learning systems and not everything was fully functional at the time. Overall the experience was good and I am sure as time moves along bugs will be worked out as business gets established.”

“Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails. First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless. The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping. First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash.……

“Rosa, who was in charge of the breakfast, was excellent! She was keeping it all clean and full, even with a hugh group of kids was attacking it. The rooms were very nice.”

“When we initially checked in the front desk was rude and confrontational when I attempted to read some sort of contract they put in front of me as if I was wasting her time. I paid more for a view and what a waste of money that was. Expected to see the river and instead I got a dirt area and the fence of the pool, money well spent. Lastly the breakfast was mediocre at best with rubbery bacon and mushy fried potato’s. Won’t be coming back.”
