"Thank you for beach umbrella, beach towels, personal toiletries, and laundry room, helped us alot. Having a kitchen is a big plus for a family with teenagers. We were comfortable and happy. We found it peace and quiet there. There room is nice and clean, especially bed linens. Overall, we had a very great stay and will come back in a future."

"We loved this property! Our suite was clean. The staff, especially Emy, was very helpful. The cook is top notch! Hot breakfast every morning and on Mon, Tues, Wed, she puts out food at dinner (5:30pm) for people to meet one another. We used the pool, gym (has a filtered water bottle filler), business center computers and printing, BBQ grill. All were great. Some tips: pool has fountains! You have to ask staff to turn them on. There is a fire pit outdoors. Easy to use. The BBQ grills are easy to use. Pay attention to the details. There is a small timer for each you have to turn on first. Then a specific (on the left) burner you have to use to start. There are not tongs otlr grill utensils left out. Just ask the staff or go to Dollar Tree. It is close by. Our only issue is easily fixable. If you want the housekeeping staff to do specific things, like change the bedding, replace the kitchen towels, refill the coffee packs, vacuum the rooms, clean anything...just let them know. They will do it. The suites do not have ovens. So don't plan on being able to cook a frozen pizza. They also don't have toasters. You might be able to ask for one at the front desk. Overall, we had a great time here. Great location that is close to all the shopping places and, once you learn the traffic pattern, is easy to get to anywhere in the area."

"Bob and crystal were the best hosts. Very communicative. Fixed a pool issue as soon as we reported it. House was very clean. TONS of fresh towels, pool toys, beach stuff and an amazing pool cage to keep all the bugs out! Plenty of dishes and small appliances. The next door neighbors were so fun to meet and hang with and the neighborhood is friendly, quiet and quaint. Easy walk to Publix and quick drive to town. Highly recommend and would love to come back!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The house was spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious, giving everyone in our group plenty of room to relax. The amenities were top-notch—everything we could possibly need was already provided. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the arcade and the large screened-in pool area.The location was perfect for exploring the area. To top it off, our host was wonderful and went out of her way to be accommodating and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"We have been coming down for decades, and have experienced some fine homes. However, this condo hit all of my criteria ! Extremely clean, everything worked as hoped, it was spacious, and newly decorated ! To top it off, the owner was warm, and attentive ! Everything we wanted !!"

"As a condo owner in Alabama, we were very disappointed. The pool was about all we enjoyed during our stay. With only one TV in the villa the condition of the living room couch was very uncomfortable and should be put in the trash. We had to call the agent 2x to get them to come and clean the spider webs out of the lanai and to clean the sliding doors leading to the lanai. When the cleaning crew of 2 women came in they didn't have the right tools to do the job and only did half of the webs and made the windows dirtier then when they got there. The kitchen is only set up for 2 people unless they wash the dishes every day which is not why I went on vacation. They don't have a Keurig coffee maker which I would recommend they purchase one for future rentals. To say the building noise at the pool was very disruptive is an understatement. We were informed that the Tiki Hut was under construction but to only have the pool and workout area available was not what was sold to us in the vrbo listing. Another suggestion if I might add, is this place needs to be painted and decorated. The light grey walls and only 2 pictures on the walls didn't give us the warm feeling that we were in Naples, FL. In short, unfortunately it was a place to sleep at night but that's about it. The Naples Reserve area is well maintained and beautiful."
