「I want to come in the staff on the morning of February 1. They were very helpful at helping us gauge when to leave. The TULE fog was so heavy and dangerous - they were able to give us recommendations when it might be less likely to have problems.」

In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?」
