“Great staff, left a lasting impression. ”

“Not what I expected.”

“This property should be closed. We checked in for the George Strait concert. The leather chair was ripped up and peeling. The carpet was disgusting with food crumbs throughout the rug. The comforter was completely stained. It was dirty. The place was beyond gross. We slept in our clothes and left at 4 am because we were so grossed out. ”

“Clean - adequate - refrigerator did not work. Staff was very kind in the morning but when we checked in another staff was impolite and short.”

“We had to cut our trip short because the friends we were visiting became ill. Expedia refused to give us the refund, even though we checked out on time, stating that the hotel staff would not respond to their calls. The hotel staff informed me that Expedia would call and put them on hold then disconnect the call every time. Pretty shady. I am disappointed that we could not get any refund at all even though we bought the insurance.”

“Room was supposed to be made up every other day. Not done. Had to go to desk for towels.”

“Great breakfast buffet -- better than at most other hotels. Room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. ”

“Valet only parking. FYI….Our room had a dripping noise at night. There wasn’t anything dripping in the bathroom but we heard it in the walls next to the bathroom. ”

“Will stay there again; however, they need to Kilz the water-stain marks on the ceiling. No mold, but looking up definitely knocks the ambiance back. Cheers ”

“I stayed for 3 nights and house keeping never came. When I asked at the front desk the lady told me they only come every few days when you stay for an extended time. At the very least house keeping can come take out the trash and restock the in room coffee. The room trash cans are so small you put one leftover container in the trash and it’s full. Breakfast had such a small selection and it was the same items every time. The staff was friendly though. ”
