"The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

"This place is just wonderful. It is finished to a high standard and is very comfortable and homely. It is situated in a very quiet location and is only 10 minutes from the seaside at Paignton. It is ideally positioned to explore Torbay and the surrounding areas and allows you to escape to the peace and quiet of the countryside at the end of your day. "Second time staying here staff were lovely they honestly are so lovely special mention to the staff in the restaurant they really are fabulous! Now on to the niggly bits room wasn’t great there was bits of popcorn on the floor when we went in,I cleaned it up myself Suite was very cold 305 even with heating on,requested an extra blanket and they brought one up quickly Traffic noise was very loud throughout the night windows are not the greatest "
