“This stay was part of our experience for the Cooperstown All Star Village. We had two families staying in the Farm House, with 6 kids total (ages 4-15). The setup is perfect for 2 familes / large families as the bedrooms are split between 2 floors. We found the property to be a great relief from All Day baseball action. The trails and pond were beautiful and provided our party with a relaxing place to stay. I would highly recommend this property.”

“The property owners were terrific to work with through the entire process. The main house is an early 1800s farmhouse that has been lovingly cared for and updated, with four bedrooms upstairs. We love having a full bathroom indoors and also an outdoor shower, which was very comfortable also. The kitchen has a propane range, but we mostly cooked outside on the grill on the gorgeous patio. The mornings on the front porch with coffee and drinks and dinners on the patio by the pool and firepit were……

The house and property were magnificent! So immaculately and comfortably designed, and the grounds were nothing short of picturesque. “While planning a fly fishing trip on the Beaverkill river, we came across this rental property and it fit the bill perfectly for us. Although the weather didn't cooperate as far as the fishing goes (temps were in the mid to upper 80's), the house remained comfortable inside for sleeping at night. House was as advertised and we enjoyed sitting around the fire down by the river. We saw deer, a bald eagle and various other wildlife. The road into the place was not in great shape but we had a pickup……

“Sean, We had the best year of fishing in over a decade. The property is awesome, and access to the water is easy. One silly item would be more hooks on the wall to hang clothing. Also, I wasn't sure how to turn on the baseboard heater in the bedroom. I turned on the bathroom and left the door open.”
