“Sheets were not changed after the last persons stay. Blood on sheets dirty underwear tucked under the sheets. Clean better”

“Well trained staff greet you. A thoroughly modern and clean property in a safe community. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy on and off access to I-40.”

“outdated room. I like the living room area but felt we couldnt really sit on the couch bc it was stained. So that area went to waste. Rust stain in the toilet bowl. Felt like i had to walk around with shoes or socks. Bed was clean & commmfffy as were the pillows. Lots of mirrors so me my fiance and son could get ready at the same time. The breakfast was decent. It sis the job. There was sausage, potatoes, pancakes, eggs (i think from a box), oatmeal and muffins i believe cereal? Apple and orange……

“The staff was friendly and very nice. The room however was awful. The tile floor had not been properly adhered to the subfloor. The tiles were cracked in some place and in others would lift up as you walked on them. It sounded like you were walking on broken glass. The hand towel holder kept falling off every time you took a towel off. The light bulbs needed to be changed one was out and the other flickered. When we asked if we can change rooms we were told no due to it being full. ”

“Cancelled my room and was sold out. Front desk staff was not helpful and had poor customer service.”

“The hotel needs a lot of updates and general repairs to the rooms. It is in a convenient location, however, it is very close to train tracks with trains that can go by loudly a few times thru the night. The rooms open to the outside parking lot with stairs to the 2nd floor. The beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was ok. If room improvements were made this may counter the issue with the trains going by so close to the hotel. ”
