East Coast Hotel with Pool

"Nice spacious room which was nice to spread out. Would stay again."

" Light over kitchen flickered. The tv kept changing volume of its own accord. Toilet seat was cracked.The fridge was unsteady and a door shelf in the fridge was broken. Otherwise nice spacious and comfortable room but needed a bit of maintenance undertaken. Handy location"

"First let me say the staff were very friendly and pleasant. My room was large and sparse. It was in need of some refurbishment. Carpet was worn and tired. There were plaster marks on the wall where damage had been fixed but not painted. There was a lot of road noise and when the traffic started at 5:40am I was unable to sleep. The bedroom was clean and tidy and the bathroom had been renovated and was large, nice and fresh. The hotel is well located in central Gisborne. The hotel has an odd layout that makes the experience of getting around unusual. The parking situation is effectively offsite and all a bit odd. All in all just a bit lacking in upkeep and cohesion. "

"My favourite was the ground-floor room facing the city — peaceful, immaculate, and beautifully presented. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest. The staff were warm and welcoming, and reception was very accommodating, promptly providing swim towels when needed. The pool area was clean and refreshing, adding to an overall relaxing stay. "Our deluxe room was just like pictures!! Nice and clean, had a few flies and they did stick around. Also ants got into our popcorn we got from the Sunday market, even tho it was tied up!! Playground was a 10/10 from the kids!! So close to splash planet. Love how the place had plate recognition, so it was easy to come and go. "
