"Staff and property was great. Enjoyed it. However the buffet restaurant the food was cold. To catch the food hot, you must arrived once it opens, if you arrive around 9am, it’s cold. Omelette are great cause it’s cooked in front of you. À la cart. Restaurants are good. Overall, the property 4 stars. For the value."

"Beautiful hotel with amazing potential, but unfortunately the food and restaurant experience really hurt the stay for us. The rooms are modern, extremely spacious, and very clean. The hotel itself is beautiful, the pools are large enough to feel relaxing and private, and the beach is super close with golf carts constantly available. However, the food was honestly some of the worst we’ve ever had at a hotel. We’re not picky eaters at all, but there were multiple things we literally could not eat. As Dominicans, it’s disappointing thinking tourists may leave believing our food is bad when our country actually has amazing cuisine. It honestly felt like the hotel prioritized cutting costs over providing a quality dining experience. We’re not expecting elite gourmet cuisine at an all inclusive, but at the very least the food should be enjoyable and consistently edible. The staff around the property were very nice and helpful, but unfortunately most of the restaurant and buffet staff were rude and unwelcoming. We also didn’t love how persistently packages and “opportunities” were being sold by concierge, to the point where it felt uncomfortable. Overall, the property itself is gorgeous and we still enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but the food and restaurant experience would keep us from returning."

"We booked for a king size bed, but they put us on double beds. I asked to get a king but they only changed us after 3 nights. If you cannot afford what was reserved, i'd at least expect some upgrade, for these 3 nights. Besides that everything was nice. The hotel is good, food is better than other peers. The aqua park is fun for adults too. Only complain is regarding the beach area: they could have few umbrellas and better chairs"
