There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed and in the dining room area a sofa bed can be used if 3 people stay, the third person is subject to agreement with the owner and occurs a further charge.
CCTV operates external to the property for security and safety.
There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

The apartment is up three flights of stairs, no lift.

- Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed in the building, no pets, candles or parties.
- Damage deposit paid directly to owner £150 mandatory. Paid back on inspection.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. Bikes only ro be kept in car park or in car, strictly no taking into building.
