「We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

「My high school friends and I have been going away for 19 years and have stayed in many houses, and this was definitely one of the best. The house looked just like the pictures, the beds were comfortable, and the downstairs was a fun place to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for a great meal. The outside, even in November, was a wonderful place to enjoy. We had a hibachi cook come to the house, and the deck was perfect for a nice meal. We also had two massage...

「Clean and cozy room with cute nautical theme. Comfortable bed and pillows. Digital TV options too limited though.」

「Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!」
