“Found property first class clean large rooms and clean location was brilliant so close to the beach and even closer to the pubs &resterants”

“Excellent check in and kitchen. Broader facilities require some small changes - more sun beds (including some upstairs) and bigger, better bbq for a house accommodating 12-16 people. Would also recommend aircon in the kitchen. Overall a lovely stay, just some improvements possible. ”

“We knew garden was "staggered" but its not atttached to house. You have to go down a path that runs along the back of the houses to go your garden gate. Garden was lovely with a table and 4 chairs and flower borders. Location is brillant litterally a 2 min walk to The Byes which are picturesque. Sidmouth is a 10 minute walk.There is a Tesco Express about a 10 minute walk and a Waitrose is about a 10 kinute drive.As its a victorain house stairs can be awkward for some. The house was lovely……

“This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. It had a small enclosed garden which is perfect for Animals and small humans a like. Lots of toys for children are……

“It was a special birthday celebration for my wife and I wanted to have a weekend with all her brothers and sisters (plus spouses). As my wife is one of seven, we needed a large place. We settled on Watch Hill House as it looked just right as well as being a beautiful property and close enough to us to allow good preparation for the stay. From the word go everything went very well. The initial communication, booking and payment went very smoothly. All questions were answered promptly and any……
