It was extremely clean, well laid out, and everything was high quality. The location where Steps Away from everything, you cannot ask for a better place to stay in Ghent. ”

“This wasn’t the apartment we booked - completely different pictures and description of amenities. Tried to resolve with host but unsuccessful. Ended up having to book alternate accommodation as we couldn’t stay here.”

“Great experience and great location”

“1- Very DECEIVING- listed as “entire apartment” but the listing “Trendy Apt” changed online to “Trendy Room” when we arrived to check in. 2- the check in form would not open so we could not access check in information = stressful. 3- Internet signal is v weak/ nonexistent so that wifi access is really only available by standing inside by front door. 4- amenities are shared ie kitchen but listing never admits this. 5 - Host sent messages ie re leaving property tax but the messages wouldn’t open……
