「1- Very DECEIVING- listed as “entire apartment” but the listing “Trendy Apt” changed online to “Trendy Room” when we arrived to check in. 2- the check in form would not open so we could not access check in information = stressful. 3- Internet signal is v weak/ nonexistent so that wifi access is really only available by standing inside by front door. 4- amenities are shared ie kitchen but listing never admits this. 5 - Host sent messages ie re leaving property tax but the messages wouldn’t open...

「The apartments are more like a cheap hostel. The quality of the building and linens were both subpar. Here are some of the issues my family noticed during our stay: 1. no hand towels provided, only one shower towel per person. 2. all of the units’ drawers/shelves were broken/inoperable3. pictures from the listing are very misleading, for example, the rooms are lacking bedside tables, pillows, throws, etc from photos. 「We loved the apartment & the location. Convenient to St. Bavo’s cathedral area, we walked everywhere from our central location. The apartment was super clean, well furnished and stocked with essentials. Would definitely stay there again. 」
