There is a common lockbox and after 7 hours of train delays, we arrived in the dark of night to find there wasn’t a key for us. Amazingly the hosts replied when we called at almost midnight and they did sort it out and come give us a key. However, we were just getting into bed when another family arrived and opened the door, claiming they had rented this apartment. We noticed they had taken our……

“The hot water is super hard to control. Hot water runs only for a few minutes then it's cold water for a few minutes until hot water returns. Because of that, I see potential problem for renting during cold months. Other than that, the listing is accurate, the studio is clean and perfectly located in city center, contacting the host is easy via Whatsapp and response was reasonably fast.”
