“What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen.”

“Paul was very communicative and helpful. We did not like the neighborhood but once you enter the apartment it’s a whole different story. The apartment was very clean and spacious. As mentioned in another review, it needs coverings on all windows for privacy from the neighbors.”

“We had an amazing stay at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedrooms had great storage for our things and the beds were very clean. I am a very picky person and I was happy. The host Marc was by far the best host anyone could wish for when visiting a city. He communicated with us very effectively and left a variety of drinks and snacks. He even left us a card welcoming us to his place. We were in town visiting our son who is a freshman at Yale. I felt safe as a single female - had my own parking spot, sensor lights outside around the property. 2 TV sets. Washer and dryer was a bonus! Kitchen was terrific. The rental is in a marginal neighborhood but the neighbors seemed fine.”

“The house has a lot of updates/renovations that help it stand out from other traditional New England homes. Very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, amenities. The property manager was very helpful and great communication. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or hot tub but would've been a big bonus if we had.
