「This rental was amazing. The unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was more than the usual blah hotel version; very large, very fresh and very tasty. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars through was I had been getting notifications of messages from host pre check-in, but no message appeared. All in all it only took an additional 5 or 10 minutes to check in. I would definitely stay there again.」

「The place was not cleaned beforehand. It looked like someone was sleeping in the bed before I got there. The sheets were not changed and had blood stains on them. They had to call someone to come clean the place while I was still staying because no cleaning was done before I arrived. There was leftover food on the stove. The cleaners took the comforter and did not replace it. Overall, terrible experience.」
