“Great spot close to everything with a secure entrance to the building. Easy access to the unit Quick responses and good communication from the host. Great unit with lots of amenities! Definitely would stay here again and again!!”

“The property is immaculate and the service very responsive.”

“Great location to visit Yale. Pictures represent the unit well.”

“The place was cooled before I arrived with an air conditioning unit making it a nice welcome. The host was communicative and hospitable. They left more than enough towels, pillows, blankets. I super appreciated how clean everything was and it smelled good which made them comfortable to use and sleep in the bed.”

“Host was very responsive, responding within minutes to my messages and checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Great location. Easy access to Yale. Clean comfortable accommodation!”

“It was the perfect day and very convenient for our trip for our son’s graduation. Thank you for being so receptive and helpful.”

“Very comfortable stay!”

“My wife and I loved this unit. The host was the quickest to respond to questions that we have encountered. My only issue was the parking. There is a 19 charge per day to park in the parking lot. There is limited and restricted street parking. We got lucky because we were there on a weekend night.”

“Our visit was short, , but it was enjoyable while we were there. The host thought of everything as far as toiletries and really went out of their way to make sure that we had the basics of what we needed, which was a nice refreshing change from most rentals. The beds were very comfortable and loved the big bathtub.!!”

“On both nights of our stay we dealt with loud noises from the apartment above going past 1:30 AM. This was unsettling and prevented us from getting a good night’s sleep. While the pictures online are accurate as regards the interior – it was clean and updated - they don’t illustrate the unfortunate exterior environment. The “off street parking” is a communal dirt area behind two houses with potholes and a very narrow driveway connecting it to the road. If you have a minivan or a larger car, you……

“Nice & clean inside. Didn’t get check in info til about 30 minutes before the check in time, kind of pricey for the area and it being that it’s an apartment! Neighbors are loud, walls are thin.”

“The “gym” did not have the weights that were shown in the picture. There are some general repairs that need done on the property such as patching and painting.”

“Very clean and accessible and amenities were excellent.”

“I had issues with getting codes, which I managed, but NO COMMUNICATION!! there was no direct help number that would have quickly resolved stressful situation For that a poor rating - otherwise good room and location it would greatly help to have a live contact also I planned one day to walk around New have, but you wouldn't let me leave my bag!! I can see not checking in but for the cost of the night the curtesy to leave a small carry on in a closet is not too much to expect”

“Property was located in a good neighborhood. It felt safe. The owner was very nice. The apartment was clean and decorated okay, but Kitchen cabinets were old and bottom cabinets looked like they needed more cleaning. The closet door was hanging off the kitchen closet. Bathroom and living room were clean but tub caulking was old and needed to be recaulked. Bathroom vents showed age and rust. The parking was fine but ground not paved. The blinds in the hallway were old and some part missing-……

“Great apartment. Clean, quiet and in a great walkable neighborhood. It was a bit pricey but we knew that going in.”

“The place was incredibly clean. The instructions were clear for entering and locking up. Great experience! Thanks Dylan. ”

“Nice and clean!”

“Perfect for our one night stay in New Haven! So close to Sally’s and Lucibellas ”
