"the room was very clean, the staff was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Parking was extra, but worth it since I had a truckload of furniture. It was in an adjoining parking structure which seemed very safe. There was a restaurant and exercise facilities, but I did not partake in either."

"The location was convenient. We liked the accommodations. Although the room did not come with a fridge, hot water kettle or a microwave, the staff helped us out to address the situation. The only other thing was the wifi did not work with our laptops and there were not enough plugs to accommodate our chargers. It was a minor point and we managed to work around. I am sure the staff would have provided power strips if we asked for them."
