"Stayed for holiday weekend and really enjoyed the walkability of the rental. Interior of rental is beautifully and smartly done. We had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and bringing home leftovers from the excellent restaurants nearby. We walked everyday with the exception of driving to the farmers market. Rob was great to answer questions and deal with both myself and my granddaughter.It was an ideal location for visiting the Hudson River Valley and along the coast to Newport. "An elderly relative suggested that we meet in Mystic, but we suggested that Stonington would be a quieter place for a CT coastal stay. This was a great find. The rental was roomy, convenient, and well supplied. We brought two cars and didn't have any trouble finding nearby street parking in April. "The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances were a little dated and there was suppose to be housekeeping once a week but no one came to clean our room. Had to go and get garbage bags and clean towels."
