“I didn’t eat the breakfast there but it did look good. The only downside about the building is if you want to do your laundry you have to use an app to pay for it. Not convenient and it did not work, other than that the fitness area and pool area are great . And the staff are all excellent”

“套房很大很舒服，泳池也不错”

“I need the response since the message sensed for a week. I stayed at your hotel and checked in on July 29. At check-in, a $200 security deposit was authorized on my credit card. I would like to ask when this authorization will be released or refunded. As of today, after a week, I have not yet seen the refund or release reflected in my credit card transaction history. Could you please check the status for me? And please do feedback the process. Thank you.”
