「THE LOBBY STAFF WAS CORDIAL, THE VALETS WERE VERY ACCOMODATING. THE ROOM WAS NOT AS PRISTINE CLEAN AS OUR FIRST VISIT, AND THE ROOM ACTUALLY HAD A BIT MORE WEAR AND TEAR. THE DRAPES WERE NOT WORKING EASILY AND THE BATHROOM DOOR DID NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY.」
