"Check in went great. Woman at the front desk was very personable. Lobby is beautiful. Room was good. The view was a brick wall from the building next door only 2 feet from the window. Bathroom was good. The light brightness was adjustable by pushing buttons on the mirror glass. Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash affixed to shower wall. Parking was 25 dollars/day; this wasn’t something I remember reading when booking the hotel. The woman at the desk comp’d the fee. Didn’t use any services or amenities, I just slept and left. If I stay here again, I will request a different view. "

I thought I left something behind and when I called in the evening Luke, at the front desk went out of his way to track down the item and calling me back for updates. Turns out it got caught in a hidden area of the car. Thank you Luke. "
