“The house is beautiful! Clean and organized. We had everything we needed and the view is incredible. We enjoyed the deck very much. So relaxing. My daughter (the bride) and her friends enjoyed getting ready there in the morning. I can’t say enough good things about this house.”

Jamie was a wonderful host providing snacks, soda and coffee during our stay. The unit was spotless, and our one question was responded to quickly. We biked on street and sidewalks to downtown Milford, public library, playground. We loved Pennys used books. It was such a relaxing trip and we will be back to stay at Susana's lovely place.”

“This waterfront property has it all! A comfortable, well-appointed, modern, light-filled space designed to take full advantage of its location on a point. Sweeping views of the Sound and other Thimbles from a generous deck perfectly positioned for privacy. The nearby sandbar beach feels almost like your own and the sense of friendly community on this small island is evident. The owners are gracious, welcoming, and immediately attentive to every question or need. Cannot recommend more highly!”

“Comfortable house, not huge, but nicely decorated. Host was very quick to respond when I had trouble with door code. The only con for us was lack of handrails on steps to exterior doors (front and back). Otherwise a great place to stay.”

“The house has a lot of updates/renovations that help it stand out from other traditional New England homes. Very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, amenities. The property manager was very helpful and great communication. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or hot tub but would've been a big bonus if we had. I'm giving a four star rating primarily because I think the price point is a little high, there was a fair amount of outside noise (near Tweed airport), and the neighborhood feels very……
