「One night in Kolkata before our flight home and wanted to treat ourselves. Fantastic service, all staff very helpful and accommodating, nothing way too much. Pool was quiet and relaxed and a well equipped gym. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choice with local favourites and our waiter Aditya was amazing and arrange a lovely cake for use to take away. Will certainly be coming back. 」

「在此酒店住了4晚, 至目前為此,此酒店是我曾入住的酒店中,服務最佳的,甚至比其他大城市的五星酒店更好. 1. 入住翌日為本人的生日,當晚兩位酒店職員主動送了1個生日蛋糕上房,並為我慶祝,服務十分貼心 2. 酒店是一個有100多年歷史的古跡,旅遊書說她是印度第一間酒店,不少名人,包括英女皇也曾入住,酒店地方十分廣大及佈置有英國殖民地風格,我們在酒店內周圍拍照時迷了路,竟然有工作人員突然出現,並能稱呼我的姓名,知我住哪間房間,指引我回房的道路,簡直服務周到. 3. 每次離開房間, 再次回房時, 酒店的職員都會補回房內的飲用水, 簡直奇妙, 在溫度達40度的印度, 水是很重要的! 4. 惟美中不足, 是酒店離購物區(New Market)較遠, 每次到購物區皆要行一段路程(約旺角朗豪坊至花墟距離).」
