“I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, I stayed there for 8 nights, the staff are friendly and helpful. Pros: location closest to everywhere in the city, friendly staff Cons: sometimes the room is not thoroughly cleaned, the floor is not mopped sometimes ”

“The American Colony is a superb hotel! It is an oasis of calm and hospitality in busy Jerusalem! The staff is excellent! The hotel itself is gorgeous - historic with all of the modern amenities. I have traveled the world, and it may be my favorite hotel!”

“Good location with nice view. 20mins walk to Old city. Ok with the amenities. However it is an old fashion hotel with rude staff.”

“服务不好，说好的免费停车，酒店管理停车位的门童以停车场满为理由拒绝让我们进入。我们刚从停车场入口处把车倒出来，发现后面有车开到入口就放进去了。门童态度非常不好。另外，酒店房间地毯较脏，床不是很舒服。酒店吃早餐人很多，非常拥挤，不过早餐和晚餐品种比较多。在此酒店体会不到任何服务，与此房间相比，完全不相称。”
