“The space was in a beautiful location at the harbour and was spacious, clean and welcoming. The beds and bedding were particularly nice!Morag was an attentive and helpful host, answering all my questions quickly and warmly.”

“Wonderful central location within steps of beaches restaurants and grocery stores (golf too but not why we were there). Great walks along several holes on 2 different coursesThe house is a charming combination of coastal and traditional Scottish decor. It’s everything you need with all modern conveniences (washer dryer dishwasher large refrigerator with an ice maker and Netflix with TVS in every room including the kitchen!). If you are lucky with the weather which we were there is a lovely……

“Great location on the beach, 2 minutes walk to the High Street. Clean, comfortable and spacious (4 people) with a lovely sun room overlooking the beach and harbour. Parking is a bit tight, but we managed even with a large van. Only criticisms are lack of soaps/shampoos for the showers and no paper towels/tissues supplied. However, this seems to be the norm in Scotland and may be just my North American expectations not being met. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of.”

“Absolutely the best stay of our month long visit to the UK! The place was lovely and right on the beach. Cross the street and you’ll find the steps down to the beach. Down the street and you’re in front of some wonderful places to eat! Five minute walk to the local shops! We lived everything about our stay in North Berwick! Whether we were taking a rainy walk in the beach or popping in to the shops for goodies or a visit to the Seabird Center…. It was all magical. The flat is comfortable and……

“We had a wonderful stay. The property was well kept and clean. The communication with the host was flawless. The only down side was the use of pass for the pool. It was expensive and we were not told that the pool does not operate on Mondays. We ended up paying for the pass and not really able to use it! Overall stay was great and would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice peaceful break!”

“Location is great just up from the beach overall size of the property is good. Parking a bit of a nightmare when busy but managed to get parked on a nearby road. Overall we went in Jan for a 2 night stay and it was cold. The main lounge and main bedroom/bathroom were uncomfortably cold in the evenings, we couldn’t use space heaters with young kids overnight. The hot water for showers wasn’t exactly hot and felt like it ran out on shower two. Place could do with a good clean, main areas are clean……

“We had a fantastic stay in Dunbar! The flat was very clean and well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The views are amazing as well. Susie gave us a lot of recommendations and we took advantage of many of them during our three night stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Dunbar, and The Old Harbor Masters Flat were both delightful ”
