Excellent

Near to perfect place for stay, from facilities, to staff, to location. Spacious, comfy, good sound proof, with everything you need for short or long stay. Will definitely come back if there's a chance. Above expectation provisions include free capsule coffee in lobby, Netflix, and WhatsApp contact with reception which made communication much easier and convenient. Only complaint is the weak water pressures in shower and lack of pillow options. The pillows are bulk and too high for us.

我们第一天住的两个卧室的房子，比描述的要多一个浴室。第二天和第三天是两个套间的一个卧室公寓。两种户型不在一栋楼上。每种户型的卧室都不大，房子感觉不隔音。特别是第一天的房子。一楼就能听见和看见街道。没怎么休息好。后面搬到二楼三楼，也有噪音，就是噪音小点。房子的厨房厨具不够多。也没调料。但是总的来讲，还是不错。百分制的话，90分。

A pleasant stay

Good location, within a pleasant 10-minute walk to city centre. Good service offering 24-hour secured access to the building, a nice and clean common area with coffee and tea. Apartment is of a good size, clean and well stocked.

I had a great trip. Thank you to Tony who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Due to xmas the shopping slots were all gone and only a few days before our arrival there was a slot. He was very helpful in making sure our groceries order was collected by him when delivered to the apartment and then came again to put in our room ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely not forget his kind gesture!! Room was cosy and clean toilets! A nice lobby / lounge area in main reception:)

The apartment was a great value for its location just outside the Old Town city centre. For tourists, it's about a 15-minute, mostly flat walk to the castle and Royal Mile, etc. The apartment was modern, spacious, clean and warm. All the expected amenities were provided and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Only one small drawback - for travelers counting on the laundry amenities, the dryer was pretty ineffective (washer-dryer combo, design limitation, not a fault). Overall it exceeded expectations.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we were welcomed and given all relevant information on arrival. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Close to public transport to get into the centre which is approximately a 20-25 minute walk. Extra convenience was being able to checkout and leave our luggage for a few hours. Thank you
