「The hotel is within a newly redeveloped area. It is new, but some nearby buildings are in disrepair. The location of the hotel is good. Many restaurants and shops are within 5-10 mins walk. The staff are chill and helpful. The room is also comfy.」

「飯店位於火車站不遠的地方，挺好找的。面河岸景觀不錯。還贈送了迎賓的水和巧克力糖🍫（在英國如果不是五星飯店不是所有飯店都是這樣的，通常只有茶包、咖啡包、糖包）。同時能提供提前線上check-in & out節省時間。按照樓層圖示標註有某些樓面應該要提自動製冰機，但每層都去過後才發現自動製冰機沒有插電運作。最後還是回到飯店內的酒吧順利拿到裝著冰塊的冰桶。酒吧內的員工態度很好。以前總以為在飯店內用餐會比外面的餐飲貴很多，但在這間酒吧旁附設的餐廳其實不然。味道不錯挺好吃的，價格也相對合理。如果你已經在外玩得很累了，不想再出門的話會是一種好的推薦。」

「room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean.」

「We've booked a room with 2 double beds for a family trip. The room is just right and the kettle and cups were put next to the bed. The locatio is great. There're lots of cafe and restqurants around.It took about 10 min to wall to the Qeent Street Station and the Central Station.」

「Limited parking space, staff is helpful and friendly, I can see lots of dog owners check in every time passing the reception. Limited resources provided inside the room which is understandable for this price range.」

「Nice and clean. It was a very comfortable stay. The shower rooms and toilets are very clean. I am very enjoyed my stay. I have some comments for improvement. The corridor's is too loud, it may be better to have some light/relax music instead of metal/pop music . The flow of the water tape in WC is too strong, maybe better to turn it down a little bit. It was quite messy when I was washing hands. I did not realise there are female only shower room. I used the unisex one. For the female only...

「淋浴間花灑漏水，晚上窗外也不斷有滴水聲，兩種滴水聲交織在一起像交響樂很難入睡，早上能清楚聽到其他房的住客出入時的關門聲和走廊行走的聲音，白天時附近是工地，很吵想補眠也不能，晚上回來時會有別人睡在你的床上，員工的友善和熱心還有住宿位置是這家店可取的地方」

「I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5.」
