「Have stayed before and will stay again. Comfortable bed with crisp linens. Place needs refurbishment as looking tired, Unfortunately this means it looks like it’s not as clean as it actually appears to be. Hence my lower ratings here. It has basic amenities in the room, towels (clean but new to be renewed), drinks making facilities and supplies. We’ve had a good evening meal and breakfast here before but unfortunately no chef this time which I wasn’t aware of so very disappointed...

「The double room was clean & fresh but the 'standard' size double bed does not compare well with the more usual 'queen' size provided in hotels in this price range. The staff were brilliant ambassadors for the hotel - Maisie & Jenny in particular - always attentive, always happy to engage with guests, always thinking ahead to anticipate the needs of their guests. 「What an amazing stay we had. The staff were amazing. The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfy and the room was warm. The food was excellent quality. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone.」

「Guys we are in the middle of a heat wave I said it’s appresive in the room came back after work the next day still no fan in the room Don’t stay here if there is a heat warning - also didn’t help having the maintenance team scrapping banging under my room after the first night. Would I stay again - yes if there’s air con - staff have been very good.」
