"The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. They went over and above. We left and I forgot my bag of gifts in the parlor. They mailed it to me! It arrived at my home three days later and nothing was broken in transit. The room was lovely. Don’t bother with a balcony unless you get a street view though!!!"

"This is our 13th time staying here. Plan to return again Love this hotel. First time I had to book 2 queen beds and wish it toilet wasn’t extremely low & bathroom fan would be put in along with a stand up shower. Not sure if it’s because of queen beds as usually stay in room with king bed. Hope they update bathroom to comfort height toilet seats and stand up showers with fan. "
