"Clean room, but the mattress and pillows were way too soft. Woke up with neck pain. Then my tv wouldn’t stay on. It would turn off after 15 seconds, but the sound continued to play. "

"It was a hotel. There was a lot of miscommunication prior to arrival which I didn’t like. Don’t offer me upgrades, approve them and then take them away. The room was basic and I don’t know that I will stay here again. It is in a great location though "
