「Super friendly staff, generally spacious, everything is smooth」

「Clean studio and great location for our family's one night stay. Close to everything but a quiet retreat when needed. The host was very responsive and helpful, even alerted us about an item inadvertently left there after we checked out, and patiently helped us to reclaim the item. Loved the corner pizzaria and the Amish market between 2nd and 3rd. Also highly recommend the parking garage - 310 E 46th - highly efficient and got our car ready at 6am when we had to leave earlier than initially...

「Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient. 「The hosts were very awesome to work with and quick to respond. They even sent written directions and helped us navigate getting there by subway. There is a restaurant below it, so we just had to keep our kids relatively quiet which at times was a challenge, I felt like it was in a good spot. We had lots of pizza options and ice cream places close by and we found an awesome grocery store right around the corner. Overall, we super enjoyed our stay.」
