「Bathroom had a very leaky shower. Fridge provided didn't work. Room was ok for a1 night layover for 5 people if you don't mind a very small room. 」

「There are 2 dohs that live on the property. My sister is allergic to dogs. The dog wouldn't stop barking! We had to leave and get a hotel! There was dirty dishes in our room. One of the beds was sofa bed and it was bent in the middle. I have pictures and a video of the dog barking!」

「The room I had was a single it was perfect for me nice and quiet I slept like a baby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If your looking for a stress free break I would highly recommend The Russ Hill Hotel five stars.」

「While the assigned room was without AC, only one fan was provided. We requested an additional fan and was promised one. We never got it until the last night. Unfortunately the additional fan did not work. The windows couldn’t open so the air quality was horrible. Additionally, housekeeping was not available for our three day stay. Based on the above experience, we cannot recommend this property.」
