“L’endroit est typique et a gardé son aspect ancien comme nous aimons.L’endroit est calme.Les instructions de l’hote sont claires et tout est bien organisé. L’hote habite juste à côté mais ils sont discrets tout en etant disponible.La douche pourrait etre améliorée et le chauffage est difficile à gérer par grands froids.Nous reviendrons.”

“We had an excellent family holiday here! The cottage was cosy and well equipped for us and our 3 kids. Eugene was very welcoming and gave us lots of good recommendations for the local area. We'd definitely stay here again. ”

“We stayed at Buttercup Cottage for four nights. It is located 5 mins drive from Rye town centre in a quiet, private location with allocated parking. The studio is spacious and the facilities are excellent for self-catering. We also ate twice at Layla's, a turkish restaurant, which is highly recommended. The town gets busy in the holiday season so you may need to book. The cottage also has a very helpful guide for visitors with lots of tips and advice to improve your stay. The shower extractor……

“We had a lovely time staying in the Old Dairy. It‘s a comfortable and well decorated space. All the rooms were clean and the surrounding barns and Farm House made a charming ensemble. We especially enjoyed spotting pheasants from the balcony in the living room every morning. The hosts Robin and Christine were very helpful and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend a stay in the Old Dairy !”

“It was an excellent place to stay for two adults and 4 teenagers. Great location, nice and quiet, clean and a hot tub and fire pit for the evenings. We had a lovely time thank you!”

“We stayed for four nights in June and were delighted with the facilities provided. One king size bedroom, one double bedroom and a small room suitable for a child (we brought our own crib for the baby). Small details like the stair gate and a few toys helped too. The patio furniture was well used as we had glorious weather. Staplecross is well placed for exploring Rye. Hastings, local vineyards and National Trust properties. We would like to return next year!”
