Love everything about this place! The staff is nice and friendly, and prepare the most amazing breakfast in the morning. It was the best amongst all my stays in the UK

Lovely place and room - it was clean, spacious, comfy bed and nicely decorated. The hosts were accommodating too. Really close to the sea front and even had a view. I had to skip breakfast but there were lots of options and it smelt great. Enjoyed the stay and definitely stay again / recommend.

Nice friendly staff helpful and accommodating let us check in early and out later. Breakfast was good lots of extra coffee as requested. Nice and quiet. Our shower was very small for me being 6 foot but didn’t affect how nice our stay was overall would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at the Deluxe Double for three nights. - Convenient location close to the ocean, dining, and buses - Modestly sized but clean, elegant room that matched the pictures - Kind and accommodating owners - Great breakfast with a number of options to choose - Free bottled water - Only minor knock is that some of the amenities are a bit old-fashioned (separate faucets for cold and hot water in the bathroom sink; toilet has a somewhat loud noise when flushing). That said, the shower set-up was excellent and the chandelier in the bedroom was charming.

Warm welcome from the owners who helped to carry our suitcase to the room. Room was very clean and comfortable. All amenities were there. Grateful for the tea, coffee and also bottled water. Very enjoyable breakfast the next day.

Elegant guest house

The Louise ensuite room was a bit cold upon arrival but the proprietors provided me an electric heater to use (until the central heating system was switched on. The room was elegant, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I felt very satisfied and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Great guesthouse, friendly hosts

We had a great stay at Albert and Victoria Guesthouse. A super friendly welcome from the host on arrival, our room was lovely, spacious, clean and had the added touch of bottled water, chocolates and lovely biscuits, and a Nespresso coffee maker and pods. Comfortable bed, plenty of space in ensuite bathroom. Tasty fresh cooked breakfast, and the lovely addition of a bowl of fresh fruit salad at the table on arrival. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the seafront. Highly recommended.

From the outside it looks like a good old fashioned seaside B&B, so I was a little worried. But inside it’s clean, with reasonable facilities and a lovely breakfast. Only issue was the bath didn’t have a shower screen/curtain so you couldn’t have a stand up shower.

Perfect B&B by the sea

This B&B is located right by the seafront, lovely welcoming staff, spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and was nice and quiet at night. Breakfast was amazing, you order the night before and they had gluten free options which amazing to see. We would definitely book again. Highly recommend.

They really put on a good breakfast there.

They were a lovely couple who run the B&B. The breakfast was delicious the Gardenview during breakfast was lovely They really put on a good breakfast there. Anything you could possibly want to have for breakfast.

Unbelievably thoughtful and caring; the hosts have provided every little thing you could possibly wish; hot chocolate in addition to tea and coffee, a face flannel, and a lovely, cozy room with nice artwork. Highly recommended!

we had a wonderful quiet stay, they don't allow banging doors, The couple were gracious helpful, nothing was too much trouble, The food was delicious filling and more than enough, would we stay here again [yes of course] we have recommended it too loads of people already.

The property was easy to locate and we were welcomed in a little bit earlier than usual check-in times which was really helpful. The host explained the breakfast times and let us settle. Overall the stay was very pleasant, breakfast options were vast and tasty, but one improvement we thought should be considered is replacing the chandelier in our room. Unfortunately when the upstairs guests were walking around it made our chandelier shake which was disturbing of an evening or early in the morning
