"A very beautiful hotel; everything is new and modern. The staff are very kind and polite, even though they don't speak a word of English. It is a bit difficult to reach using navigation apps, as the streets are narrow and congested. They have parking, which is very important in this area. The breakfast is generous and varied. I recommend it!"

"The hotel has some good qualities, but my experience was mixed. The property has positive aspects, but unfortunately, some front desk staff were not professional or welcoming. I had a visitor come to the lobby, and the way they were treated felt very rude and aggressive. Instead of speaking politely, the staff questioned them in a way that felt uncomfortable, almost like they were being accused of something. The interaction was not respectful and gave a very bad impression. A hotel should make guests and their visitors feel welcome, and that was not my experience here. I hope management addresses the customer service issues at the front desk and improves how staff communicate with guests."

"Easy located on the main road from Van past the airport in the direction of Akdamar ferry.Check in was professional. Room was excellent, good amenities with great views over Lake Van. Check in was professional. Wine was expensive even by Turkish standards and beer was in the higher price category. Food on the Lake Terrace was very well presented and decent value. Reception was shocked when I asked about Hotels.com offer of ‘20% off food and drink purchases’. You are able to stroll a little along the Lake side. Metres away by foot was a recommended good value restaurant but asI was dressed in shorts I thought ( looking at the clientele ) I was dressed ‘too casual’. I would stay again."

"Seven of us stayed in two apartments opposite each other for ten nights. Everything was handled perfectly by the manager and staff. They provided everything we needed in the units. They were hospitable and friendly. They made us feel right at home. Thank you very much. I highly recommend staying at this apartment hotel. You have to coordinate the cleaning. You have to inform about the shortage of kitchen utensils and they provide it very quickly. They provide purified water. The hotel was equipped with emergency power. Overall it was great. I would like to thank Douan at the reception and Anna who is in charge of cleaning and the tour coordinator. They were wonderful."

"Malatya is an interesting city, the hotel was hard to find due to all of the reconstruction and a bit away from everything. Finding food in the evening was challenging Staff were lovely and so very helpful!"
