"We were very surprised this hotel had 4 * reviews! We will never stay in a Best Western again. This place was competely rundown. The walls & ceiling had cracks & stains. The curtain didn't close all the way letting in lots of street light. The bathroom was really bad. Breakfast was dismal. The young lady cleaning our room when we arrived was very sweet, which is why we give it 2 stars & not 1. This place really needs a total remodel & upgrade."

The paint on the doors was chipped in multiple places. Housekeeping was only offered upon request. The front desk employees were friendly and trying very hard to provide elevated service, but the hotel was just average. "
