「Excellent location. Easy to get around with the Melbourne Central Station of the free city tram in walking distance. State Library is also 3-5 minutes walk away. Just the washing machines in the self laundry are not clean for use if you happen to need the service.」

「Clean and well furnished room. I especially like the spacious desktop for I had to work sometimes. Staff are very nice. The only thing is Melbourne somehow authorize construction works for underground train stations until like 1am. This can be very noisy. I could sleep, but maybe I stayed on high floor.」

「The usual high standards we have come to expect from this hotel, with some caveats. In the room the air conditioning, once so easy to operate has been changed, and is now complicated and unresponsive. Breakfast provision is outstanding, however, the service is not as good as it once was. Slow to clear tables and offer hot drinks, and the staff our not welcoming as we had become accustomed to from previous visits 」

「Excellent service from the start bring shown for outside where the hotel entrance was. Got early check in with IHG membership. Very friendly staff at reception that were interested in what we were doing in the city. Room very clean, neat, very quiet (heard no street noise at all) different pillow type choices were a bonus. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely stay again 」
