“Convenient, clean, and straightforward place to stay. Kitchen was well equipped and bed was comfy. Easy 10 minute walk to the Village in the winter, and parking spaces were well plowed (we arrived just after a storm). Thanks!”

“Adrian was an excellent host. The Sun Room was charming, well appointed and it featured a patio deck with sweeping views of Lake Tecopa and the mountains. A collection of cast iron tubs offered a unique private hot springs experience. The host provided a summary of the best local spots for eats & drinks and the “ not to be missed” attractions including China Ranch date farm and the Shoshone Museum. “Great spot that allows easy access to and from Canyon lodge. The check in and check out process was seamless. It’s very well furnished and kept super clean! The owners thought of everything that would make the stay incredibly comfortable. Will definitely come back.”

“This is a nice condo with a wood fireplace, deck, and underground parking. It’s a 10 minute walk to Eagle lodge, and the hot tubs were very close. Nice room at a good rate.”

“Very clean, modern and comfortable. Storage bins provided for groceries or other supplies. No real need to use your car in bad weather, as you can walk to Red, Green or Purple bus line. Only criticism is that the walls were pretty thin so we could hear our neighbors frequently. We'd definitely stay again.”

“This is a great base for skiing Mammoth Mountain. The location is close to groceries, restaurants, ski shops. It is just a short drive to our favorite parking area. We did not try the shuttle. The condo is a little long in the tooth, but serves the purpose at a reasonable price. The place could use some maintenance on the heat and plumbing. ”

“Condo was located in town but also close to nearby Village and near bus lines to ski mountain. Condo was roomy and comfortable and check in check out was a breeze plus property mgmt allowed for an earlier check in and later check out so we could ski! Beds were comfortable, loved the pellet fire burning fireplace and updated kitchen made it nice for preparing meals and staying in to eat. Really a good deal great location and good accommodations.”

“We were all very pleased with this condo. On the blue bud route and only a few minute ride to the village gondola center and canyon lodge, with covered parking, and an updated interior, and a pellet stove, as well as great views of the eastern Sierra mountains to the south. We’ve never been to Mammoth but we’d definitely stay here again!”

“The condo was great and everything we needed! Nice location walkable to Canyon lodge, upgraded kitchen was very nice for us to cook our meals, plenty of space, and two full bathrooms was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.”
