"This is a wonderful hotel. The room was designed with comfort in mind. It was quiet and the bed and pillows were so comfortable and clean. The bathroom was small but immaculate. The towels were perfect, soft and good size. Check in was quick and the staff was welcoming. I wish we could have stayed longer. "

"We loved our stay! Our kids loved the pool and we loved the views! The rooms are older and there are lots of cosmetic issues we noticed (cracking paint, peeling wall paper, etc), but the beds were super comfortable and everything worked as it should. Prices at the restaurant were high for the food, but that’s expected at a hotel. Our only complaint the whole stay was chicken cooked at the restaurant that was rock hard. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be back next time we visit Gatlinburg. "

"It was great. We enjoyed the free kid activities and loved that everything that we needed was located on site. Jonathon and Mason were amazing and very helpful. Jonathon was so good with our kids and very personable and just overall awesome. We had one issue when we got there, the bed was broken, and we were able to switch rooms immediately. I would definitely recommend to anyone with kids. I also recommend going onto their website and buying the food packages. It made things much cheaper. "
