"We came to celebrate 2 kids birthdays and for spring break. Best hotel we've ever stayed at. Tons of things for kids to do. Three kids ages 12, 9 and 6 and our kids loved the indoor pool area. The kids never once said they were bored. We will definitely be coming back once we can swim outdoors too!"

"Horrible- upon checking in they didn’t have our rooms available and had trouble putting us somewhere even though we booked a month and a half in advance. This was supposed to be our honeymoon and when we finally got into our room there was pee and toilet paper in our toilet and dirty used disposable cups on our counter. When we told the front desk they laughed and said “ it must’ve been house keeping that used your room” - didn’t offer to have them come to clean it ! Our bed was like and elephant had slept on it and big sink holes on each side. We were woke up at 6am to beating and banging and saws and hammers above us by a construction crew. The site did NOT post that they were under construction or we would have NEVER booked this place. They moved us the next day to a few doors down where the air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off every time it kicked on. My cousin who also booked the same time as us and was also staying there were told they had to move rooms bc they had rented the room out to someone roast for the rest of the week. Their lock on the door was broke and maintenance was called multiple times to fix it. Their water pressure wouldn’t even wash the soap off of their body when they took showers. The property had mattresses piled up and furniture piled up The breakfast was cold and not good at all. I will not ever stay here again nor recommend this place "

"First time trying this hotel out. With all the positive reviews, we thought it was going to be a great place. We ended up finding cockroaches on the walls of the bedroom we were in on the first night, as well as the bathroom sink. The staff were great and handled the situation well. We did decide to leave that night. "

"Great view of Anakeesta, nice location. Room was nice and updated. The pull out couch was awful…get a room with 2 beds. Your back will thank me. Nice area outside for kids to play. Food on site was good. Kinda cheesy charging for parking with such an expensive room. "
