「This cabin is a gem! It was spotless and everything was perfect. Excellent spot for multiple couples or families who enjoy privacy. Check in was the easiest ever in my history of hotels and cabins and the management always responded quickly. Would give 6 stars if I could. Excellent, and we will be back. 」

「I won’t be staying here again. Our TV wouldn’t work— called the front desk for time and maintenance never came. Shower knob was broken. Beds were rock hard. Oh and the hotel wreaked of weed. 」

「This property is “dog friendly”, which equaled no sleep all night for our family due to the two dogs in the room next to us and one across the hall barking excessively almost all night and upstairs neighbors who thought stomping would somehow help the situation. The beds were very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring and the food within the hotel was very overpriced. The pool was swimable but the “hot tub” was unfortunately luke warm at best. 「We had an overnight stay here due to visiting UT-Chattanooga and attending a basketball game at the school. We checked into the hotel late, but didn’t fully realize what kind of room we had as this was our first stay at this hotel. We were blown away by the amount of space we had, the cleanliness, the kitchen, etc. Not only was our room top tier, the hotel attendants were great! Checking in and checking out was a smooth process. We are already planning our next visit and will plan to stay...
