“The property, condo, lazy river, and pool were fantastic! We loved our stay here. The front desk staff was professional and fantastic. The room was very clean, but we did request clean towels, never received them from housekeeping. That would be the only issue. We are coming back in the future!”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS! First, the man in front of me had to hand over a $100 bill at check in for the security deposit. Then, when I checked in through Expedia, they swiped my card and actually deducted $80 from my account (I use Expedia all the time and never is an amount deducted). The desk attendant assured me I’d have it back the next day. Now, the amount is no longer pending…it’s processed and I’ve been told it could be more than a week before it’s returned! They took it instantly but……

“We were not greeted with a friendly way. We were treated like a nuisance. Our room was worn down. The box spring covers had rips. There were scratches all over the walls. The bedside outlets did not work; neither did the phone or clock. There was garbage under the bed. There was no patio furniture on the balcony. The breakfast the next morning was very disappointing. The eggs were rubbery, the sausage was hard, and the potatoes were mediocre. We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites many times……
