“As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many……

“There was nothing I did not like and was not happy about”

“This hotel was very nice. My only complaint was there was a glue on nail in the bed. Ew! Lol our room was serviced by Neveah the little card said. Im hoping it happened making the bed and not a previous guests nail. The kids wanted to swim in the morning and they close the pool for chemicals. Inconvenient time considering its open 24 hrs, you would think it would be cleaned in the middle of the night and not "working hours"”

“Great place to stay. Close to the airport, happy hour and onsite restaurant is always a plus. The room was so spacious, with comfortable bedding. Would stay again.”

“Our stay was good but I wish the room was more clean. There was alot of dust on night lamps. The AC is old and was blowing so strong that makes windy inside the room and not possible to reduce it or change direction. Housekeeping didnt clean our room after first night. Not sure if they are supposed to make up every day or after the stay but I was expecting to have make up room. Breakfast was good and enough, similar to other hotels. I liked wafers machine, fresh apples. Overall stay was good but……

“Overall, this was a nice hotel in a convenient location, right next to the Rustic Moose Restaurant, which I highly recommend. I also want to recognize the shuttle driver who picked me up. He was truly wonderful, kind, and helpful, and I appreciated that he also assists with hotel processes. However, I do want to offer feedback about an experience that could have been handled with more hospitality and care. While I was getting ready to leave for a Celebration of Life, I cut my finger deeply……
