Wonderful cottage
We had wonderful weather and loved the Top sail cottage. We cooked on the grill and sat on the enclosed deck with our dog every day and enjoyed the water view. We plan on returning very soon.

What a lovely little cove side cottage! We fell in love with this place. The pictures are accurate to the home. I loved sipping my coffee on the deck overlooking the water and reading a book. My husband and son fished from the dock each morning and night. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and perfectly situated to get to any area of the cape! My husband and I traveled with two teenagers and this house was perfect for the four of us. We absolutely will rent from them again or another DelMar property. I am very impressed with their communication and attentiveness to the property. A couple things to note, the game room is not in the house but in another building on property, maybe 50 feet away from the house. The property is set on the main road in Orleans so it is difficult to leave the driveway during peak traffic times and make a left (anyone familiar with summer Cape traffic will understand), so we went right and turned around. But that wouldn’t stop us from renting this house or another of the houses in this location again. Honestly, one of the best vacations we have had and we have been going to the Cape for 23 years!

Great location!
The cottage is as pictured and the view is lovely. Very convenient location, near the Orleans rotary, easy access to both ends of the Cape. We were disappointed to learn on arrival that the gas fireplace isn't available for guest use, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the cottage!

Great Stay
The location was Wonderful right on the Cove, and the Top Sail cabin had an unobstructed view of the Cove. It was close to restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and no dog orders even though they allowed dogs. The cabin had been updated with new windows and roof and although the interior seemed dated (not unusual for an older cabin, it was very pleasant. We would stay again in the future. The management kept us very well informed.

Just a lovely time
The property was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfy. The deck was the best and the view absolutely beautiful the entire time. The lawn was manicured and beautiful flowers were growing. There were plenty of sitting areas for overlooking the cove and watching the water. We celebrated our 5 year anniversary and it was just a peaceful lovely time. Close to a nice grocery store and several other neat locations on the cape. It was absolutely beautiful!!!

Relaxing Stay
We enjoyed our stay at this small dog friendly cottage in Eastham. The house sits right on Nauset Cove and the views were terrific. It was close to shopping and fish markets and many beaches and places to walk with our pup.

Cute cottage in central location
First, the folks at Del Mar are great at their jobs and at communicating. Shout out to them. This cute cottage has a lovely view, and although centrally located and on a busy street, it’s quiet and peaceful. It was clean and cozy. I would suggest replacing the well worn carpets with something easier to maintain in the dampness, but the water is hot, the kitchen equipped with the basics, and the bed comfy. And they welcome dogs.

Nice but overpriced
No I information available about local area except if you’re going clamming??!!We were new to area and would’ve been nice to have guide to local restaurants etc In the booklet if information there were (at minimum) 5 of the same pages about check out and focus on what happens if you don’t do everything required. Didn’t feel very welcoming. View beautiful but need fans in bedrooms to be able to keep cool with breeze at night instead of having to close windows for air conditioning because it’s too warm without. Hated seeing ant traps all over kitchen sink area. What about having exterminator regularly. It was gross Dated furniture and for price think should have a facelift.

Beautiful spot. Unfortunately it rained for most if our stay. My only complaint is that it is damp in the house and if you have any mildew or mold allergies it might be difficult for you. I'd highly recommend remodeling the inside of the place. The staff were great and very helpful.

I stayed in Topsail cottage right at the waters edge. While the cottage was very clean and had all I needed, there was a mold issue and I had to keep the windows open at all times. I checked with guests at other cottages and they did not have this problem. The management was responsive when I pointed it out. I would definitely stay at this property again, but would use a different cottage.

A Merry Christmas Vacation
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Top Sail. The cottage was cozy, very clean and the kitchen superbly outfitted. Grocery shops, Restaurants for takeout are all in close proximity. There are countless trails and beaches nearby which we enjoyed with our dog. She felt right at home too. We can only highly recommend this beautiful property.

My cape experience
To be able to stay in a place and experience one of the essential beauties of the cape, it’s estuaries and marshlands right outside your window was wonderful. The cottage was just what it should be, quaint but updated. The deck was perfect to enjoy the ever changing view from sunrise to sunset, the colors of the sky, the clouds changing shape and hue, the rise and falling of the tide and the variety of bird life almost made me not want to explore further. When I did go exploring the places I wanted to see were so close and the choices were numerous. Happily, I’m returning again in the spring to experience a different season.

Divine View
If it's quiet and natural beauty you are after, this is a perfect place. Even the dogs who visit are well behaved and quiet! Alas, parts of the cottage itself could use some TLC. For example, we had a downpour day & the roof near the chimney leaked, and the door frame to the wonderful outdoor shower needs replacing. However, all in all, it's charming, everything works well, and we want to return. Our stay there was delightful.

A Get-Away and Yoga Retreat
This was the perfect place for our retreat. Our cottage was well-equipped and spacious enough for the four of us. Being on the waterfront was an added gift. And the neighbors were great too! We’ll be back!

Great View
The view from the cottage and deck is wonderful. The inside, though, was dated and damp. The dehumidifier helped, but if you have any mildew allergies, this isn't the place for you. If you don't, you'll enjoy the location and amenities.

Great spot for getaway with dogs!
We stayed here with our two dogs, everything was great. Super close to great hiking, food and beaches. The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but other than that it was a wonderful stay!

We would likely visit again.
My wife and I rented the place we stayed at for 3 nights. Communications with property management were easy...they were responsive...the process from start to finish was very well run and efficient. The insides of the cottage we stayed in were a bit smaller and more quaint than I expected, but perfectly fine for the duration of our stay. The view of the water we were located on was amazing. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to unforeseen circumstances. We enjoyed our stay while there and would give it another shot in the future.

Loved looking out the big picture window at the water even in the rain! Watched gulls, swans, mergansers, buffleheads, mallards, kingfisher, and osprey. Everything we needed for our stay was easily accessible. We can't wait to book this lovely cottage again!

This cottage is perfect and exactly as listed. My sister, daughter and niece had a great time. We also brought our two pups. Even though it’s a dog friendly cabin you’d never know. It smelled of cleaning supplies as soon as we walked in which was exactly what we were hoping for. It’s got the perfect Cape charm. We will be back!

Beautiful views from a cozy cottage
The cottage was small but had all we needed. The deck overlooking the water was great and we had wonderful views from the inside as well. There were a couple of appliances that were not working and a few of the items supplied were low quality but they did not impact our stay that much.

Beautiful Easter weekend on the Cove

Lovely cottage right on Eastham Cove
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage right on the cove. The setting is magnificent: swans, ducks and other water birds are just a stone’s throw from the bedroom windows; and the moonlight and stars over the cove on clear nights was a sight to behold. The location of the property is super convenient for day trips to Provincetown, Wellfleet and other points on further out on the Cape. The check in/check out process was a breeze, and the staff members we interacted with at Del Mar Vacations were all very helpful.

We had a lovely stay in the clean and quaint Topsail! We agree that the couch and chairs in the sitting space could have been more comfortable, the TV was a little difficult and fridge was small. But, wow, what a view and such delightful deck space! Great hiking trails nearby for us and our pups, too. Very responsive owner/management.

A cup of coffee on the deck as the sun rises over the Cove is still one of my favorite moments, the views here really are hard to beat!! Thank you for visiting this season, come back again in the future!!
